Big giveaway number 2! We are so excited to be able to give away one of our favorite gluten free culinary genius’ cookbook. Elana Amsterdam practically saved my life in my Paleo kitchen when she brought baking back to me. When I heard about her book and saw her blog it took me about .2 seconds to buy the book and go online and order some almond flour so that I could start baking away.
Most of Elana’s recipes are also dairy free and some are vegan, which is an excellent plus! Her blog has a wealth of recipes as well and both Audrey and I visit it regularly for ideas.
